Organisatie
Client brings energy from sea to land Due to the implementation of the German act to speed up infrastructure planning procedures, Client has the obligation to develop, realize and manage grid connections from offshore wind farms to the German transmission grid.

Project: offshore wind in Arnhem To help out on the realization of these major offshore projects in Germany, Client will install two or three projectteams, based in Arnhem taking on projectmanagement of the realization phase. The timeframe for the projects is about 3 years, starting in the first half of 2011.

Functie
-Design review, approval and certification planning and coordination for platform auxiliary systems (other than HVDC systems)
-Interface management with HVDC and cable systems
-Liaising with permits, HSE and planning departments
-Scope, planning and cost control on specialist service contracts
-Coördination of organisation and quality audits in auxiliary systems design office, manufacturing plant and yard
-Coördination of yard and offshore Client representation and witnessing
-Participation in project risk assessment and mitigation meetings
-Document control for the above tasks

Functie eisen
-Education in mechanical engineering MSc / BSc
-10 years experience as project engineer in offshore platform (auxiliary) power, HVAC and safety systems design
-Familiar with generally applicable offshore design and manufacturing standards
-Good communicative skills in English and German
-Experienced and accurate in document administration and control

Aanbod
Contract based upon a duration of 3 years. Excellent opportunities and salary.
